Elite City

Elite city this project commenced on 1st August 2026, and today is 15th October 2026—less than 90 days. Within this short period, we have made significant progress on the infrastructure. The gatehouse has reached decking level, the volleyball court and basketball court have been constructed, and the Olympic-size swimming pool has been excavated and walled round. Some bridges have also been constructed, streetlights installed, and sections of the perimeter fence plastered. These are tangible developments achieved in less than three months Furthermore, 23 developers are involved in this project they have collectively committed funds towards the infrastructure, without collecting upfront payments from subscribers to finance these developments.
