The breakdown is as follows; - 2 Penthouses - 20 Maisonettes 8 Apartments Prices: Four bedrooms Apartments – N1.1B Four bedrooms Maisonettes- N1.4B Five bedrooms Penthouses - N4B Payment plan 50% initial deposit while the balance is spread over 12 months.
