Master Planned Est. Land for Sale Shell Corp Estate Igwuruta

Hello guys. The shell east staff investment cooperative society ltd (coopeast) has unveiled it's newest master planned estate - the shell sports estate, in port harcourt. The estate is located behind the new adokiye amiesimaka stadium, a multi-use stadium in port harcourt, and besides the central business district of the greater port harcourt new city. The estate has c of o, which was recently signed by the governor and a greater port harcourt development city approval. Equipment have been deployed. Foundation and fencing have also commenced. We are looking at 2 months for the completion of the fencing stage. Internal access roads have been created while the major access roads are in completion stage.
