*WAREHOUSE FOR LEASE AT IKEJA LAGOS* We hereby wish to make an offer for warehouse measuring 6800 Sqm for 45k per SQM FOR lease subject to the below conditions at ikeja, lagos 1. lease rate: per square foot (net of taxes) 2. rent validity: the above rent 3. withholding tax (wht): wht 10% - paid to "fgn firs withholding tax" and the receipt to be delivered to us 4. vat: vat will be applicable as per the government prevailing now and during the lease period as applicable 5. payment terms: the lease rent should be paid in advance 6. agency fee: 10% of total rent and vat 7.5% 7. legal fees: legal charges will be 5% of the total rent and vat 7.5% 8. refundable deposit: 10% on annual rent 9. storage: usage for goods only. 10. lease period: client request, max of three years.
